Misty has been all over the place again. Is at 144 at shot time on 11units. Will wait an hour but assuming she doesnt come up past 250 - skip? if she does, give 11? She had great numbers today!
Sorry no one responded to you in time. I see you skipped. Over time you will learn to shoot lower numbers. You have shot full dose at 240, and you should be good for anything over 200 at this point. Next step for you might be to shoot a reduced dose at lower numbers, when you can monitor, and see what happens. Lantus is great at keeping numbers lower and flat if you shoot lower numbers.
I would also increase her dose back up to 11 units.
