Upping Sam's dose

We're just not getting that nice nadir and no greens. I think it's time to up his dose to .5 or even .6. I am desperate to get him into greens so he can really heal. Any thoughts/inputs appreciated.

Definately go up. I would go .5u, that's where you were seeing better numbers, but if your gut says .6u that would be ok too.

Thanks, Rob. I shot .5 into PMPS 380. I'll hold it there at least 3 cycles, then reassess.

I shot .6 this morning because he was over 400. I just feel like I can't get a handle on him lately.

I'm glad you went up to .6u, good call. It looks like you will be getting your nice curve today. Your +3 is a 40% drop, a good nadir is around 50% to 65%.

Gosh, sorry it has gone back to tough, it seemed to be going so well for a while there :YMSIGH: I'm sure you will get things back under control though. Even though out of control is nailbite_smile you are gathering data and learning with every shot, and I think that helps a lot. You follow your instincts like you are, gather data, and then if the results are different than you expected, you learn from it and adapt.

Today has been a flat yellow day. I'd really expected better. I'll hold at .6 for two more cycles (tonight and tomorrow) but will increase if the numbers don't get better by then.

Hang in there! It's tough, especially when the numbers aren't where you want them, but Sam is so lucky to have you. Persistence will win the day.
