Oh Marge,

I am so sorry to here that Teddi, and you, have had such a rough couple of day's. At the same time I am glad that she is responding well to the chemo!

You, Teddi, and the rest of your family are and will remain in my thoughts and prayers!!!

Hi Marje. I just saw this. I'm so sorry that you and Teddi are having to go through this. I'm sure you're still in total shock and you will be for awhile yet. I remember the feeling oh so well. It sounds though that Teddi has a form of Lymphoma that there is a lot known about and good treatment strategies for. That is such a plus. I'm so grateful that you have a real good team on your side that will be fighting for you.

I didn't realize that Teddi is a little calico. Her markings are very similar to Tori's. One thing I know about calicos is that they they are feisty little girls with wonderful spirits and a gigantic will to live. Tori taught me that. I know that she will be cheering your little girl on every step of the way as will all our GAs. Our kitties will gather around everytime she has a treatment or doesn't feel well. I hope that these thoughts will give you the strength that you both will need. They sure made a great deal of difference for me. Lean on us,

Give your baby a kiss for me. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

((Marje))
I just wanted to let you know that you are in my thoughts and
I am always checking for updates.
((hugs)) you guys are strong and we are here for you.

Good evening everyone:

We still so appreciate the thoughts and support.

Barb: Yes I know...feisty is right!!! And I pray it is that feistiness that will get her through this.

We got to bring her home. She still has some fluid in her abdomen and they had a compression turtleneck sweater on her but vet said I could take it off since she would be moving around....she was miserable in it. She ate a tiny bit of baby food off my finger and I syringe fed her. She's drinking alot of water which doesn't make any sense to me; her creat was 1.7 and BUN 41!!!! That is the best it has been in months.

We had to segregate her from the rest of the cats until the chemo drug is out of her urine/stool....probably a couple days. She isn't happy about that in the least. We are going to put her in our bedroom with us tonight as that is her favorite place to sleep. It probably will make Gracie unhappy but she does sleep in other areas of the house sometimes.

Thank you for your continued prayers. I can tell this is going to be a long, slow process to recovery; she is very weak.

Hugs and love to you all.
