Tiger is having her dental tomorrow. Keep all fingers and paws crossed that all goes well and this resolves the issue with her not eating.

In the last three weeks we have had a senior bloodwork done, x-rays and an ultrasound. Other than being diagnosed with early stage CRF and needing a dental, they could not find why she was not eating. Originally the first dental appointment was on 7/17, however today they called me and had an opening tomorrow. Please send healing vibes that all goes well and she will begin eating normally again.

I have been able to get her to eat FF canned kitten food that is mixed with a lot of water. She is also getting IV fluids to keep from getting dehydrated. The past couple of days she has finished her food within a couple hours rather than the 8 or more hours before. I started adding Epakitin to her food and she seems to really like it.

They had to remove a few teeth and a couple of others had started reabsorbing into the jaw. They kept her overnight.

I just spoke to the vet's office and they said she is going good this morning and ate most of her food. I will pick her up later today.

She is home last night. She did not much food last night, but I suspect a lot of it may be due to pain. She does have a patch on, but it probably only takes the edge off of the pain. She is happy to be home.

She ate some this morning. Hopefully by the time I get home she will finished it.
