u-40 syringe with lantus

I have a whole box of u-40 syringes for the vetsulin that I was prescribed but quit after a day to switch to Lantus. I need to know what is 1 unit of lantus in a u-40. Thanks

We use U-100 syringes, short needle (5/16"), 31 gauge from Monoject. Mr. Wheats is very handsome, but we are partial to black cats.

Test, feed, shoot, although w/ the delayed onset of Lantus you have a little leeway on getting them to eat.

We started on Caninsulin (Canadian name for Vetsulin) before switching to Lantus. My vet bought back the unused U-40 syringes I had originally purchased from her. One of the many advantages of Lantus is not having to stress so much about getting all the food in at the beginning of the cycle.
