Yes. They are both U40 insulin syringes. The only difference is the max capacity of the syringes. For a 1/2 cc U40 syringe, the max capacity is 20 units. For a 3/10 cc U40 syringe, the max capacity is 12 units. Either can be used with U40 insulin.

Are you using U40 insulin? What is the name of your insulin? What is your cat's current dose? Can you give us more information about your diabetic cat?
