Tye at 0.15 dose - what now?

Tye's now gone down to the 0.15 dose 2x per day (instead of 0.25 once per day)... it's only been 2.5 days but now his numbers are back up again to around 200 (10.8-12).

What does everyone think? Hold that dose for a while or change it?

I won't be able to get a new curve test done until the weekend earliest... my dad really doesn't like doing the blood tests (and probably the cat dislikes it even more) so I hate to ask him to do it more often than twice a day.

Hi, Michelle. I know those 200s look "worse", but we don't know what is happening in the middle of the cycle. He is evening out though - similar am & pm numbers so the dose can be given consistently - that is good.

Yes on holding the dose. He needs more settle time on it, so doing a curve over the weekend will be good. Hang in there!
 
Ok good! Will do. Glad to hear that the steady numbers are a good thing. I'll update on the weekend when I can do the curve. Thanks Sheila!
