Hello All,
Tweeks BG has been kinda all over. Today at time of insulin shot (1.5uL) is BG was at 392. He ate while I gave him his shot. 30 mins later he vomited twice. Little bit of food little bit of liquid and his BG is at 444 in a downward trend. Not lethargic, still active. Eating a little bit right now. Do I just keep an eye on him next couple hours ? I am so worried.
