Does Bumble bee tuna in water (the liquid) increase the BG'S?
it the only thing Buddy will eat after his teeth extraction and his bgs seem high...just wondering.

I don`t know. I had to syringe feed Arthur AD that I got from the vet until he started eating on his own but Arthur is not diabetic.. See my post to you on the Lev board.
Have you called the vet to see about getting some Clavamox for him? I would ask them about what to feed him as he is not wanting to eat and his BG is high.

The stress from the pain may be elevating his glucose OR he's eating more OR its fallout from having so many teeth removed.

Maybe give it a couple days to level out or follow protocol about dose increases using nadir values
