Training someone to hometest

Keeping a spreadsheet and shooting low. Maybe you can get on her computer and set her up with a spreadsheet?

Edited to add... It's so nice of you to do this!!
 
Maybe remind her, several times, how important it is going to be to always test before shooting insulin. Add a little water to the food is another one.
 
Especially when first learning to test, make sure to ALWAYS give a treat even when you don't get blood.
 
Along with the treats, which eventually won't be needed, always hugs, kisses and praise. Mine even put their heads up to me to be kissed.
