I'm leaning towards increasing Jimmy's dose tonight. Or do I wait one more cycle and increase tomorrow morning?

With TR, you need to do 6 cycles on one dose before increasing. It allows the depot to fill.

I agree with Mandy, in line with TR hold the dose for 6 cycles if you don't see blue/ or green, then take the dose up to 3.25.
