Pudden is at 250 for tonights pmps, woohoo! Should I give 1 unit or .75? She is due for her shot in a few minutes.
 
After looking at her past numbers it looks like she goes flat on a lowered dose when she is in the 200s. So I went ahead and gave 1 unit. Was this the right thing to do? I will be checking her at +2 to make sure she isn't dropping too fast.
 
Had I seen this before the shot, I would have said...

I think 1u is ok, as long as you can check around +3 or so to see if she's dropped a good bit.

So, pretty much what you did! +2 is good too.
 
Thanks Carl! I'm glad I did the right thing. I will be checking her in about an hour. Hopefully I will see nice numbers tonight, but nothing too low.:)
 
Just looked at your spreadsheet and saw the 108. That's good. If you are still awake, maybe a +5ish?
 
I just checked her again to make sure she is still in ok numbers. She was at 106 at +4. So so far she is sticking in the low 100s. I plan on staying up till 1 to get her +5 to make sure she is ok before calling it a night.
 
Awesome! If she does stay about the same, you could give her a snack to help keep the numbers from dropping after +5. Just the normal low carb stuff.
