Oh, now I'll confuse you all - whose Titus and why is Joyce posting about Titus??
No, I don't have a new cat. The 3 I have are still enough. But I was at my DPS tonight testing her son's cat. A big gentle brut, gray and white, neutered male who is an absolute love - even rolls on his back and splays all 4 legs out and says - come take me.
Titus has been told by the vet that by urine tests - he is a diabetic. There were some suggestions made by the vet to make some food changes and it doesn't sound like much else yet. DPS is well versed in testing and shooting since she did Tuscany while we traveled. Titus let us test him without an issue. The beans have made more food changes to fancy feast low carb foods and are going to look for a vet that would be willing to work with them - hopefully prescribing Lantus. I've left my testing kit with them, I've rambled on and on about FDMB. DPS just had surgery so is at home - I told her to get busy and read all the info here while she is still off. Hopefully you will see them checking in soon and getting help from all the wonderful peeps here.
