Well, we had a pretty good day yesterday, but we are back up this AM to 398!
Based on the curves from yesterday and past BG tests, I'm beginning to see her patterns a little bit.
It seems like the numbers start to go down at the +8, +9 or +10 hour mark and stay low through (so far) the PMPS and +5, so I'm going to get a +9 or +10 today to see where she is and watch her closely after the PMPS tonight.

So, I used the +11 as the PMPS, since her BG was at 310, I didn't think it would've dropped dramatically prior to giving her Lantus at 7:30 PM.

BG just now/10:30 PM was 293, down 17 points from the 6:30 PM (+11 after the AMPS) test.
I guess that would be a +3 after the PM Lantus, but a +4 after her last BG reading (at 6:30 PM).

I'm really tired, and sounding crazy here. Hahahaha! Oy!

Ok, I'm going to try to get some sleep. I slept through the whole night last night! Something I haven't done for YEARS! These cats are wearing me out... o_O
