? Time to increase?

Fearless is now at 7 cycles and counting without hitting green again. His counts are all over the place. Friday and yesterday his nadir was reached at PMPS, but today it was at AMPS w/his counts rising the rest of the day. What's up with that?!

Of course he was at a lower dose (0.5u) for 6 days while I was out of town recently and the sitter wasn't testing. Will it take longer than 3-4 days for the depot to fill again?

If the depot is still filling, should we stay the course at 0.75u? Or not wait and increase to 1u now?

Sorry for the multiple question post. I'd just like some input on what to do next. Thanks.
 
If you don't see green tonight, I think you can increase tomorrow. Today looks like either a little bounce to wherever he went last night, or maybe a high before the low tonight.

Nadir at the end of the cycle is either a late nadir, or the sign of a bouncd breaking, and a sign to keep an eye on the cycle following. When do you feed Fearless? Just wondering if food plays into what is happening.

He eats at AMPS, +2, +3 and the same in the PM. All low carb. This food typically has very little effect on his counts.

So I'll keep a close eye on him tonite, but if no green, will increase tomorrow. Thanks.
 
Usually, you can pretty much predict what the cycle is going to be like by the +2

If it's about the same as the PS, it's usually going to be a pretty normal cycle....gradually down to nadir and then back up

If the +2 is higher than the PS, that usually signifies a bounce...those are the cycles where it's usually OK to take a break on testing

If the +2 is lower than the PS, that's your "early warning" that it's important to get more tests in later in the cycle

His +2 was the same as his PS so I would have been surprised if he took a dive tonight
