Time to increase dose? Charlie is hanging in the 300-400s

Hi there, we've been hanging at 0.5 u bid for a while now and just did a new curve today. Charlie is consistently in the high 200s-400s. At one point we thought there could be a bounce effect going on but we haven't caught a sub-200 in a while, so now suspect that's unlikely, and it's more likely he's just getting worse. He's mostly on fancy feast pates now with a tiny bit of traditional dry food. We're thinking it's time to increase his dose to either 0.75 or 1 u bid? Would love some input! Thanks!

With dry food I the picture you would follow SLGS and increase to .75. Please read the yellow sticky. You should have increased after 7 days with those numbers.

Any chance of getting some tests in the night time cycles? Many cats go lower at night, and we determine how to change the dose based on the lows. That 140 on the 22nd showed some promise. I wouldn't increase by more than 0.25 units. If you reduce the dry even more, you may find he needs less insulin.
