Kopie has been getting 4 units of Lantus twice a day. He was really low the other day which caused me to skip a dose. I dropped him to 3.75 units yesterday and did a curve today. He was low all day and I had to give his pm shot 1 1/2 hours late. Do you think I should drop him to 3.5 units or stay with 3.75 for awhile first? His numbers were all over the place until this week. Am I missing something?
