We were discussing the time change and how to handle it in the Lev ISG. It was suggested that I post my instructions here for those that forgot about the time change (are they moving it earlier and earlier every year? Seems like it.):

I would actually handle it with two dose decreases. Lets say you shoot at 8a/8p:

Saturday night shoot at 8p (current, OLD time) but reduce the dose by 15-20%* or so.

Sunday am shoot at 8a (NEW time - so an 11 hr cycle), but reduced dose by 15-20%*

Done. (except for YOU adjusting to losing an hour of sleep!)

Right now Jeddie is on .75u, so I would shoot .6u for both shots.

*Vicky suggested that on larger doses, the decrease only needs to be about 10%

On the Lantus board, Lantus and Lev users typically do the time shift differently since we don't change the dose to accommodate time. These are the instructions that were posted for the past 10 days or so.
