I have never seen him drop by 200 in two hours...should I be concerned about a possible hypo during the night?

He's having an active cycle, which is not a bad thing. That's how cats earn reductions.

Are you able to monitor tonight? I would grab a +3.

@Mandy & Rex yes I am doing a +3 in 30 minutes. He’s acting like he wants to eat so after I run the +3 can I give him some of Dr Elseys clean protein dry? He’s used to getting that but I don’t want to mess with the cycle? Or does it not matter if he does eat? I hope I’m making sense.

You can feed him anytime during the cycle. You just don't want to feed 2 hours before the shot times so you get the true number. You can feed him now if you want.

@Mandy & Rex his +3 was 266. So he’s eating some food now and I think he will be fine tonight. He also has a small feeding timed with the automatic feeder at around 1:30am/ET. I just kind of freaked out when I saw such a dip that I wasn’t used to seeing with him. Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. I’ll post another update tomorrow morning.
