tiffy ~ 7/10/13 amps 444 ~ 2.5 important

Hi from the numbers of amps and pmps I feel she needs an up slightly on the units to bring those down. She never really goes lower than 200s on 2. And 2.5. Mayb just move everything up one notch?

Also this morning she threw up @ 6:30. I bg'd her 634 ~ 444. Now I fed but she wouldn't eat. So I had. To throw the food out and redo w med again in smaller amt and she needed insulin. So she ate @ like 8 1/4 can w med and I hit 2.5. I didn't re~bg. What I did was add dry wd to another half can of evo and she ate the wd. Wanted to avoid a possible hypo. She was earing the rest when I left. I left 2 big chix treats

Yes, she definitely needs to eat, especially if you give insulin and then have to leave. Is the medication a new kind? If so, it might be affecting her appetite and tummy? I know she has a lot going on that can affect her cycles.

Expect a little higher numbers for pmps with the dry food.

If you must feed some dry, the W/D is not as low carb as Young Again 0 Carb, Evo Cat & Kitten, or Wellness Core. Its OK to leave out some of the canned food, too.
