Mornin’ folks ~O)

We had an overnight +6 of 216 and out amps this morning was 246.

We are a little higher than yesterday so I hope that is not a trend.

We stuck with the 1.8 units and probably will until the weekend. If we are going to raise him again, I’d rather do it then.

Hope everyone has a great day. We’ll check in later.

Yeah our lot numbers are close but not the same. Dunno if close means anything or not.

Like I posted over there, It’s his need of the dental work or the insulin. What else could it be? He eats the same thing every day.

I am trying hard not to get frustrated. Also wondering if I should call the vet about the dental early next week.

Think we should go back up to 2 units again tonight?

I didn’t know there were dental vets specifically. I will search for one near here, but I’d be real surprised if we had one, shy of driving 2 hours to NYC.
We did some marketing photography at a vet in NYC once, man, they had an oncologist, cardiologist, all kinds of specialists there. And two surgery suites, and an MRI....I was amazed. Sorry, off on a tangent.

Anyhow, we live in Timbuktu basically, so your basic vet that does dogs, cats, and farm animals is probably all I can get.

I will call someone about this early next week or sooner. I am just afraid when I ask my vet about Metacam and Clovenia (?) that I’ll get another argument. I have no idea if they use this stuff or not, but if I don’t want it, I bet they do. I know, I shouldn’t be so negative until I know for sure.
I have one vet that is close to me, like 3 miles up the road. If I have to go elsewhere it’s at least a half hour’s drive. Otherwise, I may have changed vets already...

*So here is another weird number to throw at you guys, we just tested him at +10.5 (231) and he went down from +8 (277).

Seem odd?

Anyhow, we are considering the fat 1.8 or 2 tonight. We’ll test him one more time for pmps before we shoot just to make sure he’s going up.
He was up all day, but you know this dude...

All three of your numbers are in the 20% variance, so I think we can look at your day as flat. Which isn't completely unusual for him - a day of lower numbers, then a day of flat or higher numbers. Either way works for me - stay the same, or go for a fat or increase.

Pmps was back up to 262.

We decided to go to 2 units tonight.

Fingers crossed.

Have a good evening everyone!

Thanks Joanna, we’ll see what tonight makes. He never really has overnight great numbers (but who knows) so we’ll try 2 again tomorrow morning...if his amps cooperates ;)
I am getting a bad feeling I have to do this dental thing sooner than later. It’s on my list to call Monday if not tomorrow.
