I updated the spreadsheet, should I still stick with .50? BG creeped back up into the 300's for +3 last night & PMPS tonight.

I'm not one of the dosing experts, but I think you could go with .75u with the dose on that 300 pre shot or if you want to be conservative, maybe a fat .6u. You may find Thumper needs something in between .75u and .5u.

Ok, she won't eat for some reason...that's never happened before & I have to leave....what do I do? Still give her shot? Still increase to .75?

Hmm...Did she eat earlier and is not hungry now? Or has it been a while and she is not eating for another reason?

Wish I could help. Repost or edit the post and include won't eat in the heading to see if someone will respond.

Don't know....she hasn't eaten since I've been home for about an hour but I do leave food out during the day. Should I just go ahead & give her .50 with no food?

If she ate earlier and just isn't hungry now, I think you could go with the .5u or .6u and leave food out for her to eat when she does get hungry. If she hasn't eaten all day cause she's feeling under the weather, that's a different story.

Try getting her to eat a little treat. I'm conservative and would not try a dose increase if you're not sure she's eating. She's probably fine and ate earlier and not hungry now, but if you're not going to be around (you have life too), better play it safe.

If she isn't eating I would be conservative and either wait and test again later and shoot a better number when you know she has eaten or don't shoot.

Once she's eating normally again I would go with the .75u.
