I decided to go up to 1.6 this morning cause we were getting no where on the 1.4. I was confused since the last time I went to 1.6 she seemed to be flat so I assumed it was too high, now it looks like we're getting some results. Time will tell...knowing this cat she will be 400 again tomorrow!

Actually now that I look again it was at 1.5 she looked flat but then I realized I shot the scruff instead of the side that night cause she was yelling & trying to bite me! :roll:
 
She seems to be about the same & I got a ketone test this morning that was negative so that's a good sign! I just wish I could find a good dose for her!

Thumper is getting feisty like Alex, huh? :razz:
 
She's always been like that...maybe not as feisty as Alex but I'm amazed she has let me do all this to her! She barely even flinches when I poke her ear but has bit my quite a few times...not hard but has scratched me with her teeth before. When I was out of town & DH was in charge she ran off with the syringe hanging out of her side! :lol: I pretty much can't get any liquid medication in her...she spits it everywhere!

Check this out.....The vet said she was going to check Kitty's bg today at 3:00--her tid midshot. So, I called at 3:30 to see what the reading was......they couldn't test her because they couldn't get her out of the cage. The vet said all the towels were in the dryer and they were waiting for them to get dry so they could put her in a Kitty Burrito--for me to call back in 15 minutes!!!!!!!!! She has got where she doesn't want anyone but me messing with her,
 
:lol: Poor Kitty!

I don't get the Kitty burrito...whenever I have tried to restrain any of mine for any reason they BITE!
