I think it's interesting and important. please have a look/see and if you have an opinion..share.

That's too bad someone gave you a hard time - I usually cross post there when I see a Lantus 911 on Health, but always am a bit hesitant as a non Lantus user to be venturing into LL. I had read before about extended hypos they can get on the longer-acting insulins - scary stuff!

joanna the lantus peeps appreciate it. they are not exclusivists, they are very good people.

I don't see any problem at all with helping, and I disagree with a hypo is a hypo is a hypo - there is no way you can say an acro too low is the same at all!
My Oliver went low from just stress at the vet office and it took, me hours and hours of feed large amounts of food just to keep him steady greens. A functioning pancreas is not going to react the same.

I don't know other insulins and I think it's important because of the shed for some insulins.
I am no expert at anything but if I have a problem, you betcha I want help from someone who has dealt with an acro going low and not just anyone, so other's input is appreciated but calling for support that is more suitably experienced would be much appreciated.

Apples, oranges, and bananas may all be fruit, but they are all different.

galye the message seems so simple huh? post it on think tank...it's being dissected to death..but what did i expect? it always comes down to a who's who.
