There may be a problem with some batches of Friskies. Mel (Momma of Muse) had all of her 15 or so cats become ill. I found something that did not seem like food in a can I opened today.

Would the folks whose kitties have had problems and are using Friskies pates please see my post in Health here and chime in with your general location.

And regardless of what food you are feeding, track the bar codes and any other codes on the can bottom or case packaging.

I have an elder civvie who got violently sick from a can of Fancy Feast Classic - Chicken this week. I believe that both FF and Friskies are made by Purina. She is just now getting her appetite back and is not interested in any canned food from any source. Luckily she does eat raw food.
