Teasel's looking awesome!

I've been using Freestyle Lite strips in my AlphaTrak 2, but like you when I get low numbers I break into my stash of AT strips. It's really highway robbery how much they charge for them!
 
Great Kris, hopefully that number will go up so you get a shootable number. What is your shootable number btw for Teasel?
Has he eaten yet?

Hi Ruby,
I've shot as low as 180 (10) successfully because I could monitor. No, he hasn't eaten yet because I'm stalling. If he gets up to 10 -11 I'll try giving him a lower dose, maybe 2.6 or 2.7 u.

Right! I've shot at 10 mmol/mL successfully with monitoring. I'm stalling 20 minutes and if he needs more time, 20 minutes more. I don't want to leave it as "no shot". Even if his shot ends up an hour late I can back track in time tomorrow.

Yes it's 1:34AM right now but i've been having the flue since Friday so I sleep a lot because of being sick so my sleep pattern is a little bit off right now. I did try to lie down but I can't sleep just yet... Watching some tv now.

Do you have Netflix in the Netherlands? I love it!
 
Yes we do! But I don't have it, my BF got me something even better! In the netherlands Netflix is too much behind on the USA with new episodes from series, so we updated an old computer and he put Kodi onto it. It's free, and you can stream everything! So if there is a new episode tonight in the USA from (for example) pretty little liars, than I can watch it after it has aired. :woot: It's soooo great!
I tried Netflix before I got Kodi, but I had to wait 1 month for new episodes to air or even wait a whole season to finish in the USA to eventually get it here! :(:mad:
Have you watched orange is the new black?
And did you watch Narcos?
Those 2 are my favorite on Netflix!

And making a murderer was also great!
 
Not much change - 9.3 after an extra 20 min stall. I'll stall some more.

Canada is behind the US on Netflix but I don't mind. Yes, I've seen Orange is the New black - very good. And I loved Narcos! I'm also a fan of British crime dramas like Broadchurch, Happy Valley, etc.

You don't mind? Oh men I can't stand the fact that it's available but not yet here haha! I need to watch it! And what I don't like is that i'm a lot on social media and then you see posts from people who are already spoiling it... Or on those sites about the serie you are watching, then you read about what is going to happen... So I decided that I didn't want that anymore hahaha!
I read an article not so long ago saying it will take up to 5 years from now to get the same air dates (or a day after) from when a show has aired in the US... I don't get why it would take so long to get it aired at the same day... What is there so difficult about it to get it aired sooner?

Have you seen the latest season Narcos? S2? It was great right? Loved it so much. They are going for an aditional season I read but I can't imagine it being better than the last 2 (if you know what I mean?, I don't want to spoil it for you if you haven't seen it yet or other readers haha)

I will look into those crime dramas, i've never seen them but I do love crime drama!

I'm of a different generation than you, Ruby, and not a user of social media so I don't mind waiting.;) Yes, I've seen Season 2 of Narcos and would love a Season 3 - the Cali cartel will probably be the focus.
 
Yes me too! But I still can't imagine it being so great. I love how the actor playing Pablo is playing his part.
It will indeed zoom in on the Cali cartel.

How is Teasel holding up? Is he getting grumpy not being fed yet? :blackeye::p
 
10.6 at last test, 65 minutes since first PMPS of 8.1. He's eating now and I'll lower his dose to 2.6 u this evening. I've given this on a PS around 10 - 11 before (eg. 09.26 in the AM) and he was OK. I'll test before bed and will probably feed him a snack then too just in case.
