Whats the best food available at Pets Mart, I am going there now trying to find Instinct, Weruva, or Go/Now grain free

I want something with real protein, something I'd eat. I don't want to feed my cat garbage

You'll need to do some research in the food list at Cat Info, plus possibly use an online calculator for foods not on that list.

Note that Cat Info also has a recipe if you'd like to make your own cat food.
