Does anyone here feed this, particulary RAW feeders? http://www.thehonestkitchen.com/products/prowl/

The civies I may be getting are free fed this but dry instead of rehydrated. They get NV raw as the main food. Dry Prowl doesn't look very appetizing (powder-like) and the lack of moisture is a concern.

Can rehydrated Prowl be left out all day just like canned food, with or without a timed feeder? confused_cat
 
According to the brochure it should be treated like raw food once rehydrated. Any uneaten portions should be refrigerated or discarded.

I wonder if rehydrated Prowl can be frozen into chunks and the chunks put into a timed feeder to thaw out for later meals? confused_cat
 
You have to add water to the powder. It is dehydrated and you have to hydrate it (add water) before feeding it to your cat. My 3 cats and 3 dogs all looooove this food!
