Dear All,

It has been a long time not reporting my lovely cat's situation.
She is doing fine and gain some weights, now is 4kg :D

However, I do have some questions related to her Glu in morning.
No matter how dose I gave to her, the Glu stills goes to 300-350. Sometimes it goes back to 200-300, but not very often.

Right now I feed Assam 6 times a day in case she pukes because of hungry.
she didn't puke for a 3 weeks which is a good sign for the pancreatitis. :)

So...should I increase the dose or maintain it?

Thank you.

I am definitely not an expert (just started with my own diabetic kitty), but it seems odd that it's just so high in the morning, but looks fine other times.

Does she get food overnight, too, or just 6 times during the day?

No puking sounds like a very good thing!

Actually I would go the other way and reduce her down to 1u because it looks like she is straight lining down. Which may indicate the dose being too high.

I agree with Mel. I havent as much experience as her, but if it were my cat I would decrease. She is likely dropping at night, and I would get random pmps+5 and or +6 in case she is going lower and your not catching it. Again, just my opinion..not advising.

Thank you for all advices.

I will try to catch pmps +5 or +6 to see what will happen.
(Maybe I will try pmps +8 or +9 to see how it goes.)
Also, I will see if it is possible that she can decrease the dose. :)
Thanks!:D
