Today I count this community on my gratitude list, for helping me learn to breathe through the first weeks of supporting my beloved Louie after his diagnosis with diabetes~ Thank you for responding with such kindness and welcoming us.....! I never thought I would be relaxed with this process, but am happy to report that it is now a routine I can confidently manage~ that I can home test Louie......that his ears DO look beautiful without a trace of the testing....and that he actually comes to me when its time to test! (could be the treat he gets after....but  )
Also happy to report that Louie's BG levels are stable, and that we're hoping that someday we will celebrate when he is OTJ!!
Happy Thanksgiving to all of you and to your sugar kitties (and non-sugar kitties)~
blessings~
