Test strips

I just received a new tube of test strips. I had 2 left in my old tube so I threw them in with my new tube. BUT then saw that the code on the outside of the new tube is different than the other tube!! And I can't differentiate the 2 additional test strips from the others in the tube. Help! What will happen when I use the 2 strips with the wrong code??

If you get a number that makes no sense, about all you can do is re-test

Do you have to manually code code the number into the meter?
If you do then if you use the new code for all strips reading for two strips will be off. I would expect the BG value for the two strips to not be off that much

Yes, have to manually code my monitor. I freaked out as I just started this process with my kitty. But after thinking it over I realized I was being just a bit over dramatic! Haha Am sure will be fine. If the reading is off the charts I will just retest!
