Hi folks,
I'm not sure if this is the place to post this question. I ordered Bayer Contour Next EZ strips from Amazon. I looked at the tracking info and they weren't supposed to be delivered till 1/9. I checked again today and much to my surprise, the tracking info now said they were DELIVERED on 1/5!! Two days ago!! It has been cold here and snowed a little bit yesterday and is really snowing today. I ran out to the mailbox and brought them in.

They were wrapped in bubble wrap and inside another bubble wrap envelope. I ordered 100 strips because the price was so good!!

Do you think they are still good?? ARGHHHH!!!

Thanks for any input.

How cold did it get where the strips/package was in the mailbox?
The package insert for my Easy Glucose strips says store at 35.6-86F and use between 50-104F

I would let them warm up to room temperature, and then try to test one of your old strips and one of the new strips and see if the numbers are somewhat the same.

It was pretty cold out the past 2 nights. Probably below those temps. UGH!! I'm so mad!! Maybe the only way to tell is to do a side by side test with one of my existing strips and one of those to see if the reading is the same/very close.
