Taurine supplement

Hi everyone,

Can someone recommend a good Taurine supplement and where to buy? Since I just moved from Germany, I'm not sure of the best place to get it here.

I have the Nutri-spec brand and got it from my chiropractor. It is in capsule form, so easy to open and sprinkle.

I use the powder form. seems more economical but just do a search for taurine. figure out if you want capsule or powder and then find best price.
