Where does it say 1.3% carbs?
If you receive that separately what was the earxact wording of the what you received.
The link you provided does not give the as-feed values necessary to calculate the % calories for carbs.
 
It's not one of the foods in the chart that vet Dr. Lisa Pierson made up with the as fed values for canned foods. http://www.catinfo.org/docs/FoodChartPublic9-22-12.pdf

My philosophy on the food is 'If in doubt, leave it out' of the food rotation. Better safe than sorry. I don't want my cat to fall out of remission because of a questionable food.

You can certainly call the manufacturer and ask for 'as fed values' for protein, fat, moisture, fiber, ash. From that, the carb percentages we use can be calculated.
