Thank you so much everyone for all your help the past couple of days. I rushed Beans to an animal hospital last night and arrived at 10pm,they asked alot of questions that my current vet did not and ran a blood panel again something my vet did not do

She was diagnosed with-
Heptic Disease
Hypohosphatemia (life threatening)- abnormally low phospate in her bllod, electrolyte disturbance
Hyponatremia- low levels of sodium in blood
Hypokalemia (life threaetening)- low potassium
Anemia
Iceterus- Jaundice
Diabetes Mellitus
The vet assured me that these had nothing to do with what I have been trying to do and that this is something my current vet should have done. Apperently if he had to guess the liver started misfunctioning a couple weeks ago, around the time she was diagnosed with FD.

For you that would like to know some of her panel numbers, just ask and I can provide for you. She was off the charts on some. Her body temp was 102.10,blood glugose 136

They told me thay were ready to incect a feeding tube and IV and start procedure for a blood transfusion- with a 10-15% chance of survival. My husband and I made the very hard decision to stop all procedures and have her put down so that she wouldn't be suffering anymore and wouldn't have to go through something she possibly wouldn't survive to begin with.
Beans passed away in my arms at 11:42pm before the injection was even made wings_cat

Thank you all for your help, thoughts and prayers,
Stephanie

Stephanie - I'm so sorry you had to make the difficult decision. If there are such things as kitty angels then Bean is surely one of them. My heart goes out to you & your husband. Jan

(((Stephanie))) I am so sorry Beans passed away. There is never enough time.
Fly free sweet Beans and land ever so softly at the Bridge.
My deepest condolences.

((((((Stephanie and DH)))))) I'm so sorry for the loss of your sweet Beans
She knows how much you loved her, and she will be at the bridge waiting for you to join her, someday.
She will have lots of company of other angels kitties waiting for their loved ones, and lots of meadows with sunshine and fresh breezes, and butterflys and low flying birds to chase around :)

Fly Free Beautiful One

So sorry to hear about this!
I al glad that she passed on her own in your arms though. Something similar happened to me with my Midora in 2005 - I feel she saved me from having her put down, which was what I was going to do the next day.

Hugs to you from me, Cedric and Dallas

Oh...I'm so sorry to hear this. You did everything you could. Beans was lucky to have a momma like you.

Fly free sweet Beans.

Sending hugs and thoughts of comfort your way.

Sorry Beans didn't make it. Sounds like you did the right thing letting her go and sparing her any suffering.

Stephanie, I am so, so sorry! Crying as I write this. Beans was obviously well loved, and had a wonderful life with you. It is the best gift you could have given her. In the end, you did the right thing by Beans, though it is always heartbreaking to let them go. My prayers are with you.

So sorry to read this tonight. I know it's a difficult time, but I trust your memories of better days will help heal the loss that you're both feeling. God Bless!

I am so sorry to hear about Beans. My deepest sympathies to you and your hubby. (((HUGS)))

I'm so sorry to read about the loss of your sweet Beans, it is so hard to lose them and they leave huge paw prints on our hearts when they leave. My own Musette passed not too recently so I'm sure she will be there to greet your Beans at the the bridge and show her all the best places. As well as they are both telling tales to the other pet angels about how great their human parents were to them and how much they were loved.

May all your wonderful memories of you life together comfort you in this time of grief..Do not cry that it is over, smile that it happened at all...We are the ones that are truly blessed to have been given the privilage to share our lives with these wonderful animals.

Fly free and land softly at the bridge most loved Beans, you are sorely missed.

I'm sorry to read this, Stephanie. We all share your sadness.

Beyond The Rainbow

As much as I loved the life we had and all the times we played,
I was so very tired and knew my time on earth would fade.
I saw a wondrous image then of a place that's trouble-free
Where all of us can meet again to spend eternity.

I saw the most beautiful Rainbow, and on the other side
Were meadows rich and beautiful -- lush and green and wide!
And running through the meadows as far as the eye could see
Were animals of every sort as healthy as could be!
My own tired, failing body was fresh and healed and new
And I wanted to go run with them, but I had something left to do.

I needed to reach out to you, to tell you I'm alright
That this place is truly wonderful, then a bright Glow pierced the night.
'Twas the Glow of many Candles shining bright and strong and bold
And I knew then that it held your love in its brilliant shades of gold.

For although we may not be together in the way we used to be,
We are still connected by a cord no eye can see.
So whenever you need to find me, we're never far apart
If you look beyond the Rainbow and listen with your heart.
