I can't find syringes with half unit markings anywhere, so I am going to try ordering them online.
Has anyone had experience with sure comfort or monoject? They cost less than the BD or ulticare.
Anyone have a favorite brand syringe?

Thanks!

I use the Walmart Relion brand syringes, 31g, short needle, 3/10 cc. Those have half unit markings. The girl behind the counter didn't think so, but they do. They work well for me.

I use the ReliOn ones as well and they always say they don't carry the 1/2 unit ones so I make them open a box and I show them.

Yep same here, Walmart will tell you they don't have any with half unit marks but they do...I think just about all 3/10 cc insulins syringes do have half unit marks as they are designed to be used with infants and small children that take very small doses as well. At least in all the multiple brands I have used all the 3/10 cc ones have had half unit marks regardless of what they tell you.

We used 29 gauge, 1/2" needles, 3/10 cc, with 1/2 unit markings, Good Neighbor Pharmacy brand - got them somewhere online - I believe from one of the ads on this board. :)

If you order online, PLEASE PLEASE use the linked logo or 'Shop' button at the top of each page. FDMB gets a small commission if the site is entered from here. No extra cost, no extra anything different than going directly there.

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

ps...we use Monojects and WallyWorld ReliOn's...
