Hi everyone
I've been noticing people giving doses like 0.1 or 0.2
Are there special syringed to measure these.
I have the 0.5 marked 0.3cc syringes, but I don't know that I'd be able to really measure under 0.5 (maybe 0.25...)
Just wondering.

1) Get a Really Good Magnifying Glass    No Really!!!
2) Get a pair of reading glasses with the magnifying glass   NO Really
Maybe someone like Ronnie & Luna can find the photos of how to measure the low doses for you--Wait let me look-
We used to have photos of the lower doses in the syringes & how to measure--If anyone can find it, please post it here!
It's a bit hard in the beginning, but you'll get used to it--Hope someone can find that pictorial for you--I'll
be looking!

Here's one for .75u which I don't think is in the sticky but someone sent to me.

It's hard at first, but the magnifying glass helps a lot! We aimed for consistency. We memorized whatever dose we were at, as being x-distance from the line, and then did our best to stick with it. When it was time to reduce (anti-jinx!), you just take out a drop, memorize that spot, and call it "previous dose"-skinny.

I WISH there was a simple option for .10 and the like. .10 for me was a hair above the zero line...0.05 was squarely at the zero. Now Kazi gets a 'fat drop' - I push down to the zero marker and then push out just a bit more and check my droplet. Most often I have to push out my drop and pull it in a few times adjusting the amount. Makes it really difficult for me to feel comfortable visiting friends for the weekend when I have no actual marking for her dose! ohmygod_smile Can't complain I guess...I would rather her be at a fat drop than several units!
