(Apologies if this is the wrong thread, it seems a lot of other insulin are u-40 so thought putting it here might be better since Gizmo is on Lantus)

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has used these before:
https://www.adwdiabetes.com/product/16367/carepoint-vet-u-100-pet-syringe-31g-half-unit

I have been using the BD ones but they are 33 bucks a box and super hard to find in my area (nobody carries the half unit markings consistently) and when I saw the price on these I was super stoked but have no idea how much quality might differ.

See this thread - 2nd post where @Chris & China answered my similar question.

I bought the same ones you linked to and they just arrived. Google for a discount code - I found one and it saved me an additional 5%.

Thanks! I was moreso wondering if they were the same quality since they are so much cheaper (no idea if quality is really a "thing" with needles or not)

It's a real crap-shoot when it comes to all syringes.....the best you can do is find a brand you like and that are as consistent as possible and do your best

These are the syringes I use. I used the U-40 syringes and loved them, and I was stoked to see they have U-100 as well. I have never had any problems with these syringes, and the quality is good despite the cheap price (I have mine on autoship, so with the 5% discount and the autoship discount, I pay less than $11). The only thing to note is while the lines are always straight, the plunger doesn't always come right up to the top line. So I just check where the plunger is and adjust my dose accordingly. Eventually that won't matter when I get my calipers set up.
