Hi all,
I've not long achieved a good test after resorting to a modification of the kitty burrito, and have you all to thank for it. I hurt her a bit but she'll get over it
Especially I thank you all because the reading was 7.0 (126).
I now have a call into the Lantus board because with a reading like that, even though I'm only new, I'm VERY reluctant to give her a shot of any size!
Why does this always happen on the bloody weekends.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not hysterical because she's eating her dinner now and has leftovers, so she'll be back for more, and she's absolutely fine, and I know it's not precisely LOW but it's damn near normal.
I'm stunned at how quickly her numbers are coming down and bless you all for helping me out today so I can deal with this safely. I know she's probably still rollercoasting but I've read reports of cats in our circumstances regulating within 10 days on Lantus so I'm very wary and thank GOD I found this place.
Will keep you posted.
