Has anyone or does anyone use sub-q's (lactated ringers) after the expiration date on the bag?
I'd have to check to be sure but I probably have 3-5 bags left and no kidney kitties anymore at this time so not sure if I should find them a home elsewhere or if I should hang on to them for down the road emergencies. Expiration on them was July if I remember correctly. They've been tucked away in the back of a closet out of the light since I got them.
I do have another senior kitty that has some mild dehydration and the vet said to go ahead and give her some occasionally but at "occasionally" these bags could last quite a long time.
