Still black - stay the course?

I'm not sure what else to do but to stick with the increased dose and then go up even further. Just looking for some reassurance that this is the best I can do at this point.

Hi, Melissa, we are still in the same boat, Fighting these darn infections with antibiotics. I just raised our dose on the 13th and will give it 5-7 full days to see what happens. I still see numbers in the 400's though. Let the increase settle for a few more days to get a handle on where to go from there. Hopefully, the infection with subside soon and you will get better numbers.
