You'll know if he is rising or lowering.

Sorry... your right (103 got me). I figure he's going to go up right after he eats so I was going to head out as soon as I shoot that would be the safest.

I think solids take up to 30 min to be absorbed and hit the bloodstream.

Hi Amanda, when we shoot lowered than normal it usually recommended to get a + 1 and +2.

Can you fit that in round your errands?

He looks pretty flat and blue heading into amps, so should be ok to shoot, as he reaches end of duration, then with food bump he should, in theory be up a bit by the time shot onsets.
