Hello pls see Tigera’s spreadsheet she was recently increased to 4.75u but she was constipated and the vet gave her an enema today. She ate young again and her Pmps is 9. 6 (173 USA) don’t know whether to give her the full 4.75U or reduce we are in Canada and I’ve changed the spreadsheet to USA pls advise thank you!

You have shot as low as 162 this year. And did full dose then. What is the concern about shooting a higher number? It is good she is eating.

I was concerned because her bg was slightly higher last few days but I think it was because she was badly constipated. The vet gave her an enema today so my worry was that she would drop more . Also, I gave her young again kibble in the car to help keep her calm, and then when we got home I gave her some wet food which she didn’t eat any of her food , so I was worried to give full dose since she didn’t eat much
