SS question

I added 40 more pages at the bottom of my SS
They will not change colors to show the range they are in?
What Do I do ?

You have 2 options. You can click on the "paint bucket" icon, then click on "conditional formatting" and set up the statements that will format the cells. (You will need to do this in several blocks of rows/columns.

Alternatively, delete the rows you added. Then, highlight several rows of your SS. If you go to the "Insert" tab, it will ask if you want to insert ## of rows above or below. Select "insert below" and you will have additional rows added and the formatting should be preserved.

(I use a Mac so if you're using a PC, the process may be a bit different.)

i always inserted rows above one of the rows that still had formatting on it. i use a pc, so it sounds like the same.

I had the same issue and looks like yours did the same thing - anything above 200 wouldn't auto-code for me. Jerry managed to get OTJ around his 200th so I started a new one cuz I got sick of manually color coding. Hopefully the other suggestions helped!
