Hi Marci,
The quickest way I know of to copy the formatting is to use the "format painter" tool. If you want to grant me access to your SS I could do it for you or here's how if you'd rather try it yourself:
1. Start by left clicking your pointer on the row # of a line that is formatted properly on your SS like for example the line for 9/22/11 (I can't see the line #'s in the web page view but you can in editing view). Doing this will highlight/select the entire row.
2. Click on the 5th icon from the left on your toolbar - the one that looks like a painters roller-brush - and is right under the word "View" on the toolbar above it. If you hover over it, a little drop down box should say "Paint Format."
3. Without clicking on a cell or row, scroll down to the row you want to apply the format to. Since your SS lost the cell borders on 9/24/11, I'd suggest starting there.
4. Left click on the row # (not the date) next to your chosen row and this will "paint" the formatting including conditional color formatting, cell borders, etc. onto the entire row. Don't let go of your mouse, scroll down as far as you want and the paintbrush will continue to "paint" as far down as want go.
If you accidentally let go of the mouse during the scrolling, don't worry, just repeat steps 1-4 above until you are done applying the format.
Hope this helps; if not, I can help out if you want.
