"H.O.H" is a Catster abbreviation for "head of household". Emma's trying to make sure Leroy knows that she's in charge :lol:
Leroy just loves attacking Emma's fluffy tail :lol: Emma mostly tolerates it but eventually gets annoyed cat(2)_steam
Both are doing well. Leroy's appetite is still finicky :? He apparently has decided he doesn't like NV chicken or Primal Pet turkey anymore :roll: He'll eat NV beef... if I hold the bowl up for him @-) He may eat NV lamb depending on his mood. And he's still eating the 1 nugget for breakfast and like 6 for dinner :shock: Despite the appetite issue, he's growing into a big handsome boy :smile:
Squishy Merlin worked his angel magic on Scooter the gerbil last Saturday. I took Scooter out of her tank so I could clean it and noticed that she was foaming at the mouth
Off to the ER we went. I honestly thought that Scooter would have to be PTS :sad: Treating a 4 year old gerbil wouldn't really make much of a difference. By the time the ER vet intern examined Scooter, the foaming was gone and she was acting normally. The vet didn't find anything wrong with Scooter, though I wasn't surprised because the ER vets have very little experience with exotics. I brought Scooter home and watched her like a hawk for the next few days. There hasn't been any mouth foaming episodes since. I think Squishy wants Scooter here with me for a little while longer cat_pet_icon
