Squirt Pepcid?

Has anyone ever crushed and squirted Pepcid with water? I'm wondering if it tastes nasty.

I'm sure it does taste nasty. Can you pill the cat? Wrap it in a pill pocket, piece of cheese or piece of meat and "pill" her with it.

I've done it...I felt bad 'cause I'm sure it's nasty, and the cats I've done it to weren't super-thrilled, but it was the easiest way to guarantee I could get it in them. And they did feel better within 15-20 minutes!

Thanks. She has no teeth so it's very hard to get her mouth open (and make sure the pill goes down). I'm real good at a lot of cat things, but pillin' ain't one of them. ;-)

Plus she's really ill and won't eat - I syringe fed her this morning. I've got it set to go in an A/D squirt - as soon as she comes out of the kitty condo hole I can't get her out of.

crush it and give it with tuna juice using the syringe.
I've done it that way.
