Squirrel!

So my guy has had a rough day of overtesting..lol


So he's being such a good boy and sitting on the bed with me..(they're usually not allowed in the bedroom)... so I put a bird video for cats on the kindle for him to watch while I work...


And he's watching it very intently and all of a sudden I notice there's a squirrel on the screen and it made me wonder...

I've seen people say that even just seeing a squirrel can affect their numbers...

How visibly or obviously riled up do they have to get for there to be a change?


Should I be adding "squirrel!" to his spreadsheet now!? lol

LOL -- Catcat hangs out with me up in the loft, and we have two 3 ft x 3 ft skylights in the peaked roof as well as sliding glass doors out to a balcony -- a giant oak tree overhangs the rear of the house -- so of course we have birds .. the oak tree is just now coming into bloom and bugs inhabit the lichen and moss on the branches ... as well, we live right under the flight path for the bigcity airport ... Catcat chatters and cranes his neck up every time he spots a bird, sometimes also when he spots an airplane flying over ..
