? Squeaky is shivering post-vomit

Not sure what is wrong. I tested his BG and it's 189.

He's definitely not doing great.

If he was running a fever and he's cold, wouldn't he want to go to his heated cat bed? That is where he usually is.

I suspect I need to take his temperature. Doesn't sound like this would be easy or pleasant for either of us.

Any thoughts?

Make sure he doesn't bury himself in a closet or behind the furnace, it's happened to me more than once.
Elmo used to enjoy having his temp taken, the little pervert.
