I can't print the spreadsheet out of google docs - what am I doing wrong? And when I download it to excel, the colors get all out of whack. It's driving me crazy, I don't want to keep two spreadsheets. Any advice would be appreciated.

Try a download as HTML to your PC.
Then try a File Open, HTML file, and see if that works.

If you want to share the SS with the vet, you can just provide him/her with the URL much like how you have the URL in your signature to share with members of FDMB :smile:

You can also download the SS as a PDF file. It will retain all of the formatting. Then you can print it out. You need Adobe Acrobat to open a PDF file. Most computers nowadays have it insalled but you can also download it for free and install it: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
